澳大利亚职前教师教育课程设置的特点与启示被引量：6

摘要自进入21世纪以来,重视不同阶段教师教育质量之提高已经成为世界各国发展教育事业的共识。澳大利亚在重视职前教师培养的同时,还非比寻常地对职前教师的课程体系设置给予了极大的关注。经过不断修订和日益完善,其职前教师教育课程设置不仅体现了职业准备的根本性质,也规定了其职前教师教育改革之方向与内容,在课程目标、课程体系结构、课程内容方面无不体现了提升教育者的专业实践能力和多样化发展之根本特点,已然引起了各国之关注,值得我们探讨和借鉴。
