摘要
分析了镁热还原TiCl4制备海绵钛还原生产过程中各阶段在还原周期中的分布,并考察了冷凝镁与镁锭用量、TiCl4加料、高恒温时间、设备故障对还原周期延长的影响。结果表明,冷凝镁与镁锭用量越大,还原周期的延长趋势越明显;高恒温耗时与TiCl4的加料稳定控制、降低加料器与排料阀等设备故障可有效缩短还原周期。
The proportion distribution of different stages during titanium sponge reduction production by magnesiothermic reduction was analyzed.The effects of dosage of condensate magnesium and magnesium ingot,TiCl4 charging,high temperature constant time,and equipment failure on period of reduction process were investigated.The results show that period of reduction process is extended with increasing dosage of condensate magnesium and magnesium ingot.Period of reduction process can be shortened remarkably by lowering equipments failure rate and stabilizing high temperature constant time and TiCl4 charging.
