糖尿病足骨髓炎的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 糖尿病足骨髓炎是糖尿病患者的常见并发症,大约20%糖尿病足感染患者存在骨髓炎[1]。在临床上骨髓炎容易被忽视,如诊断治疗不及时常可导致截肢等严重的并发症。有报道称在糖尿病足感染的患者中,并发骨髓炎导致截肢的风险是单纯软组织感染的4倍[2]。糖尿病足骨髓炎患者感染常见于足的负重部位,如第1跖骨头部、第5跖骨头部和跟骨,此外,足的第5跖骨及跟骨基底部也有发生。
