摘要
目的了解本科医学生生命意义感现状及其影响因素,为提升医学生生命意义感提供理论依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法,纳入376名大一至大四的医学本科生,采用一般资料问卷和生命意义量表(Purpose in Life Test,PIL)展开调查。结果本科医学生生命意义感得分(74.20±11.07)分,多因素分析显示:影响因素影响程度由大到小依次为:自我评价、有无自杀想法、有无个人前途压力、年级、是否独生子女(P<0.05)。结论本科医学生生命意义感处于中等水平,要对自我评价低、有过自杀想法、有个人前途压力、高年级和独生子女的医学生重点关注,帮助提升其生命意义感。
Objective To understand the meaning of life and influence factors of medical undergraduates, and to provide theoretical basis for the improvement of meaning of life of medical undergraduates. Methods With stratified random sampling, 376 medical undergraduates from freshmen to seniors were investigated with general information questionnaire and PIL (Purpose in Life Test). Results The score of meaning of life sense was 74.20 ±11.07 and multivariate analysis indicated its influencing factors included self-evaluation, suicidal thoughts, personal future pressure, grade and only child or not. Conclusion Medical students’ meaning of life keeps in the middle level. More attention should be paid to those with low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts and with more personal future pressure, senior students and those the only child of family to enhance their sense of meaning of life.
