摘要
以NH3·H2O为内水相试剂,采用乳状液膜法提取溶液中的Cu2+,考查内水相试剂浓度、表面活性剂含量、流动载体含量、制乳搅拌速度及时间等因素对乳状液膜稳定性和提取效率的影响。结果表明:Span85为7%、乙酸异戊酯为3%、NH3·H2O浓度为1.0mol/L、制乳搅拌速度6000r/min、乳水体积比为0.3,Cu2+的提取效率可达95%。
An emulsion liquid membrane system for copper was established by using NH3. H2O as internal aqueous phase. The effects of various factors on the stability and the extractive result were examined, such as the membrane inward concentration, the surfactant dosage, carder dosage, emulsifying stirring speed and time, separating stirring speed and time. The results showed that the extracting rate of copper can reach 95 %, when Span85 was 7 %, isoamyl acetate was 3%, NH3 .H2O was 1.0mol/L, the emulsifying stirring speed was 6000r/min, the emulsion-water ratio was 0.3.
