摘要
采用335弱碱性阴离子交换树脂交换吸附酞菁绿废水中高含量的铜离子。研究结果表明,335OH型树脂的交换吸附和脱附性能均优于701Cl,701OH及335Cl树脂,其干树脂的静态吸附交换容量大于120mg/g,工作交换吸附容量43.68mg/g,单柱20BV时铜的去除率可达93%以上,双柱串联处理60BV的去除率在99.91%以上,可确保出水中铜含量达到国家二级排放标准。选用8%HCl溶液为脱附剂,脱附率大于95%,从脱附液中可回收氧化铜,从而实现资源化的目的。树脂经再生后可重复使用,性能稳定,具有良好的应用前景。
335 alkalescent ion exchange resin was used in the exchange adsorption of high concentration of copper ion in wastewater from phthalocyanine green production. The results of the research show that: resin 3350H has a better exchange adsorption and desorption performance than that of resin 701C1, 7010H and 335Cl, the adsorption and exchange capacity of which in static state is superior to that of 120 mg/g dry resin, and the said capacity in working state is 43.68 mg/g, the removal rate of copper ion by single resin pole in the treatment of 20BV wastewater is above 93%, while, when double resin poles are in series and be used in the treatment of 60 BV wastewater, the removal rate of copper ion is above 99.91%, which insures the concentration of copper ion in effluent water meet the requirement of the second grade of our national wastewater discharge standard. The desorption rate of copper ion is over 95% with 8% of HCl solution as regenerant, copper oxide can be reclaimed from the regenerant solution so as to realize the utilization of resources. Resin after reclaimed can be reused, which has a stable performance, and shows a good prospect for it′s application.
