无底柱分段崩落法崩矿步距优化方法及应用 被引量:18

Optimization and Application on Caving Space of Non-pillar Sublevel Caving Method

摘要 无底柱分段崩落法崩矿步距的影响因素很多,一直以来没有得出较好的优化方法。根据随机介质放矿理论的研究成果,对北洺河铁矿2种崩矿步距出矿时的废石混入情况进行了跟班标定,结果表明:1.7m崩矿步距时,废石从正面流出;3.4m崩矿步距时,废石先从顶部出露,说明崩矿步距合理值位于两者之间。针对1.7,2,2.2m三种步距进行了工业试验,结果为2.2m崩矿步距时,矿石回收效果最好,在北洺河铁矿现有爆破参数条件下,推荐崩矿步距值为2.2m。 Due to factors influencing on caving space of nonpillar sublevel caving method,a desired optimization method has not been concluded.According to the researching results of stochastic medium theory of drawing,the mixing waste rocks during the ore drawing were studied under two caving spaces in Beiminghe iron mine.The results showed that when the caving space was 1.7 m,the waste rocks mixed from the obverse side;when the caving space was 3.4 m,the waste rocks were exposed from the top of drawing point.Therefore,the reasonable caving space was between 1.7 m and 3.4m.The industrial tests were put forward under the caving spaces of 1.7 m,2 mand 2.2 m,and the optimum ore recovery rate was obtained when the caving space was 2.2m.In concluded,under the condition of existing blasting parameters,the caving space of 2.2m was recommended.
