摘要
目前我国水电工程社会稳定风险分析评估工作还存在一些问题,构建水电工程社会稳定风险评价指标体系,建立社会稳定风险分析模型,综合运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法,可以解决风险分析中的量化问题,从而提高评估结果的准确性与有效性。以BHT水电站为例进行了实例分析,结果表明提出的分析模型在水电工程社会稳定风险分析评估中具有一定的适用性和可操作性。
Currently, the social stability risk of hydroelectric projects in China is not completely evaluated. By building an index system on social stability risk analysis of hydroelectric projects and an analysis model on social stability risk analysis, and using the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the problem of quantitative risk evaluation can solved and the accuracy and validity of evaluation results can be improved. Taking the BI-IT hydropower station as an example, the results show that the model is suitable and feasible in the social stability risk analysis of hydroelectric projects.
