摘要 实验选取漆树籽油、玉米油、大豆油、小烛树蜡、巴西棕榈蜡等天然植物油、蜡原料,通过高温聚合提高植物油聚合度,以红外检测手段,监控不同温度下的聚合实况,并以碘值判定聚合度大小。调节植物油的聚合度,配以不同种类的催干剂,通过表干时间和实干时间的测定,探讨影响木蜡油干燥时间的因素。通过实验发现,植物油聚合度越高越有利于干燥。不同的催干剂对表干和实干有着不同的作用。 The wood wax oil was prepared from toxicodendron vemicifluum seeds oil, corn oil, soybean oil, candelilla wax, carnauba wax, and other natural vegetable oil. Degree of polymerization was monitored by infrared detection means. Polymerization degree of vegetable oil was improved by high temperature and the degree of polymerization was judged from iodine value. The influenced factors affected drying time of wood wax oil was explored through the determination of table dry time and hard dry time. Through the experiment, the high polymerization degree of vegetable oil was conducive to drying. Different driers had different effects on table dry time and hard dry time.
