摘要
研制了一种多组分交联丙烯酸酯涂料,利用丙烯酸酯树脂不饱和双键与交联单体在引发剂和促进剂的作用下进行自由基聚合反应交联成膜。本文讨论了不饱和丙烯酸酯树脂的合成和涂料的配方设计,并对涂膜性能进行了表征,讨论了影响涂料性能的因素。
The title multi -component acrylic coatings bonds in acrylic prepolymer are reacted with crosslinkable was studied in this paper. The unsaturated double monomer at the present of initiator and accelerator to form the crosslinked film. The synthesis of unsaturated acrylic prepolymer design of coatings formulation and influencing factors are discussed. The properties of coatings film are characterized.
