摘要
目的了解东莞虎门镇妊娠期妇女口腔健康知识知晓情况及口腔卫生行为习惯。方法对进行产检的653名妊娠期妇女进行口腔健康知识及口腔卫生行为习惯问卷调查,按照文化程度高低（高学历组和低学历组）和年龄（20~29岁组和30~39岁组）分组进行统计学分析。结果 653名被调查者中对于龋病和牙周炎致病因素的知晓率较高,分别达到87.60%和76.89%,但在含氟牙膏和牙线的作用上知晓率仅为26.95%和5.97%,孕期及婴幼儿口腔保健知识知晓率均不高。高学历组口腔健康知识的得分高于低学历组,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。20~29岁组在孕期及婴幼儿口腔保健知识得分的差异有统计学意义（t=2.155,P〈0.05）。在口腔卫生行为习惯上,20~29岁组、高学历组的比例均优于30~39岁组和低学历组。结论东莞市妊娠期妇女口腔健康知识的认知急需提高,孕前及怀孕期间的口腔健康教育应加强。
Objective To investigate the oral knowledge and oral hygiene habits of pregnant women in Humen town.Methods The study object included 653 pregnant women consecutively recruited from August 2012 to October 2013. The survey was based on questionnaire concerning the oral knowledge and oral hygiene habits. Results The awareness rate for pathogenic factors of dental caries and periodontal disease were 87. 60% and 76. 89%. But for the use of fluoride toothpaste and dental floss, the awareness rate were 26. 95% and 5. 97% on average, respectively. The average score of pregnancy and infant oral health care knowledge was poor. The awareness rate of these three kinds of oral health knowledge for well educated pregnant women was higher than the poor educated women. There were statistical significance between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Pregnancy and infant oral health knowledge scores were statistically significant among age（ P〈0. 05）. In 20- 29 age and well educated groups who followed pre-pregnancy oral health care, brushed teeth every day more than 2 times, and toothbrush used less than 3 months, accepted regular supergingival treatment and have dental oral health behaviors such as were significant higher than the 30- 39 group and pooreducated groups. Conclusion The dental health knowledge of pregnant women in Dongguan need to be improved and the oral health education should be strengthened before and during pregnancy.
