摘要
目的探讨凝血与纤溶系统水平对产妇弥漫性血管内凝血的早期诊断。方法将2013年10月-2014年8月期间本院相关科室收治的40例弥漫性血管内凝血产妇,纳入本次研究,设为观察组,另取同期来院参加体检的健康产妇40例为对照组,检测2组受试者凝血与纤溶系统相关指标,并对研究结果相关数据作统计学处理。结果与对照组相比,观察组FIB表达水平以及PLT计数大幅降低,同时D-D明显升高,PT、TT以及APTT大幅升高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科弥漫性血管内凝血早期临床诊断过程中,检测凝血和纤溶系统相关指标具有积极而重要的临床意义,其中D-D升高提示存在继发性纤溶,而PT、TT以及APTT大幅升高则提示产妇存在凝血功能亢进症状,上述5项指标波动均可用于产科弥漫性血管内凝血的早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the level of coagulation and fibrinolysis system in the early diagnosis of maternal disseminated intravascular coagulation. Methods 40 cases of disseminated intravascular coagulation maternal from October 2013 to August 2014 were selected for the study（ observation group）,another 40 healthy cases of examination maternal took over the same period as the control group. Correlation index of the coagulation and fibrinolysis system metrics of the two groups were detected and the data was statistically analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,FIB expression level and PLT counts of the observation group significantly reduced,while the D- D,PT,TT,APTT significantly increased,and there was statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the obstetric disseminated intravascular coagulation during early clinical diagnosis,detection of coagulation and fibrinolytic systems related indicators have a positive and important clinical significance,which is suggestive of increased D- D secondary fibrinolysis,and PT,TT and APTT prompted a dramatic rise in the presence of maternal hyperthyroidism symptoms of coagulation,and the 5 indicators fluctuate above can be used to support early diagnosis of obstetric disseminated intravascular coagulation.
