摘要
巨桉(Eucdyptus gandis)是我国南方短周期工业原料林的重要树种,其林下生物多样性问题已引起了广泛的关注,而化感作用则被认为是重要的原因之一。本文选取与植物生长发育密切相关的过氧化物酶(POD)为代表,通过一系列植物生理生化技术,初步研究了巨桉叶片内所含物质的化感作用潜力,并对其中活性物质的极性进行了探讨。结果表明:(1)受体植物酶液在加入巨桉叶片提取液后,所测得的POD活性大幅下降,且下降幅度随巨桉叶片提取液在酶促反应体系中比例的增大而增大;(2)巨桉叶片提取液中的成分并不会破坏参与酶促反应的H202和愈创木酚;(3)巨桉叶片提取液经四氯化碳、正丁醇和三氯甲烷3种有机溶剂萃取后,对受体POD活性的抑制效应并未减弱。研究认为:巨桉叶片提取液存在明显的化感潜力,其中存在可直接对受体POD起到抑制作用的成分,且它们可能是水溶性较强的物质。
Eucalyptus grandis is among the important short-term tree species for industrial materials in Southern China, while poor understorey of E. grand/s plantations has been widely discussed and allelopathic effect is suspected to be one of the causes. Peroxidase (POD), a key enzyme relating to growth and development of plants, was selected as the typical target enzyme in several receptor plants. A series of plant physicochemical technologies were used in the present study to investigate the allelopathic potential of leaf extract of E. grandis as well as the polarity of the action chemicals. Results were showed as follows: ( 1 ) POD activities in leaves of several receptor plants decreased sharply when leaf extract of E. grandis was added in, and the decreasing amplitude rose with the increasing ratio of E. grand/s leaf extract in the reaction system; (2) Constituents in E. grand/s leaf extract did not interfere H202 and guaiacol which participate in the enzymatic reaction; (3) Inhibition of E. grandis leaf extract on POD activities was hardly altered though extracted by three organic dissolvents, i.e., carbon tetrachloride, normal butanol and chloroform. In summary, leaf extract of E. grand/s contains allelochemicals that are able to interfere POD molecular of receptor plants directly and exhibits visible allelopathic potential. The action chemicals exist in the leaf extract are more likely to be water soluble.
