LRP与鼻咽癌复发的关系和临床意义

摘要 目的了解肺耐药蛋白LRP(lung resistance protein,LRP)与鼻咽癌复发的关系。方法用免疫组化染色SP法对112例鼻咽癌的LRP进行检测。LRP阳性的分为A组,LRP阴性的分为B组。放、化疗后随访,对比LRP阳性和阴性鼻咽癌患者的复发率。结果 112例鼻咽癌患者中LRP的阳性表达率为48.21%。随访5年,29例复发,A组患者鼻咽癌复发率为42.59%,B组患者复发率为10.34%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.155,P<0.05)。结论 LRP阳性表达的鼻咽癌患者,复发率较高,预后不良。 Objective To explore the relationship between LRP and nasopharyngeal carcinoma( NPC)recurrent. Methods Immunohistochemical methods were used to examine the expression of LRP in NPC. To follow up the patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The patients of LRP positive were divided to group A,The patients of LRP negative were divided to group B,compared the recurrence rate of patients with NPC.Results The positive expression rate of LRP in 112 patients with NPC was 48. 21%. There were 29 patients with recurrent. The recurrence rate is 42. 59% in group A,The recurrence rate was 10. 34% in group B. This difference shows statistical significance( χ2= 15. 155,P〈0. 05). Conclusions The positive expression of LRP suggests that the recurrence rate is higher in NPC.
