摘要
目的：观察宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除术的临床效果，总结手术护理体会。方法选择子宫纵隔患者80例，根据患者意愿分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组采用经阴道子宫纵隔切除术，观察组在B型超声监测下行宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除术。同时给予细致的围手术期护理，比较两组患者术中情况、随访情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组妊娠率、足月分娩率均高于对照组，流产率低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（ P〉0.05）；观察组无并发症发生。结论宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除术较传统经阴道子宫纵隔切除术更具优越性；认真细致的围手术期护理可使宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除术更为安全有效，促使患者早日康复。
Objective To observe the effect of uterus resection of mediastinal under hysteroscopy treating in-fertility and nursing experiences. Methods A total of 80 patients with mediastinum womb were divided into observation group and control group according to the willingness of patients, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given transvaginal resection of uterine septum, the observation group was given uterus resection of mediastinal under hysteros-copy under B mode ultrasound monitoring. The conditions of operation and follow-up, the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups . Results In the observation group, the operation time, hospital stay were shor-ter than those in the control group, the bleeding amount was less than that in the control group （P〈0. 05） . In observa-tion group, the pregnancy rate, term birth rates were higher than those in the control group, the abortion rate was lower than that of control group, but the differences were not statistically significant （P〉0. 05） . There was no complication in observation group. Conclusions Uterus resection of mediastinal under hysteroscopy has superiority, careful perioper-ative operation nursing could make the operation more effective and safe, promote patients early recovery.
