摘要
通过对医嘱过程进行全程跟踪,追溯每个业务点的操作时间、操作人员、使用情况等,规范病房、药房、检查检验科室、手术室操作的医疗行为,对医嘱各个环节可明确责任人,记录操作时间,做到可全员追踪、可全程追溯,可切实操作,可个体纠正,可科学统计及全面分析,从而实现医嘱的全流程跟踪,对提升医疗质量有重要意义。
Through the all-the-way tracking of the process of doctor＇s advice, operation time, operation personnel, usage and others of each business point are traced. The medical behaviors of ward, pharmacy, inspection department and operating room are standardized. The responsible person in each link of the doctor＇s advice is defined, and the operation time is recorded. The all-staff tracking, all-the-way tracing, practical operation, individual correction, scientific statistics and comprehensive analysis are realized, so that the whole-process tracking of doctor advice is realize, which has important significance for the improvement of medical quality.
