摘要
目的:在遵循实验动物福利原则的前提下,探讨大鼠针刺时采取何种固定方法使针刺达到良好的效果。方法:运用常见的道具如兔台、橡皮筋、袜子等简便经济的物品固定大鼠,限制大鼠的活动,从而更好地保护实验者,简化针刺流程,提高针刺效应。结果:大鼠得到了良好的固定,使针刺更加容易。结论:该固定方法取材简便,操作容易,可供有针刺大鼠需要的同仁参考。
Objective：To discuss about how to fix rats when we need to acupuncture it and achieve a good effect on the premise of complying with the principles of laboratory animal welfare.Methods：In order to protect the experimenters from being beaten by rats and make the acupuncture more accurately,fix the rats with the common items like the shelf with fixing the rabbits,rubber hand,socks or other simple and economical items. Results：The rats fixed well,making the acupuncture easier.Conclusion：The method of fixing is easy to get and use,and people who need to make the acupuncture on the rats can make it as a reference.
