摘要
本文分析上海港集疏运体系发展现状及存在的问题。通过梳理自贸区政策体系,选取国际中转集拼、扩大国际船舶运输和国际船舶管理业务外资投资比例、国际贸易单一窗口等政策加以解析,分析其对上海港集疏运的影响,结合上海港集疏运体系发展约束条件,研究在自贸区政策环境中上海港集疏运体系的发展目标与对策建议。
The development status and existing problems of Shanghai Port collection and distribution system are summarized. By reorganizing the FTA policy system, international transfer set spell, expansion of business of foreign investment ratio in the international shipping and international ship management, international trade single window are selected to analyze their effect on Shanghai Port collection and distribution system effect. Combined with the constraints of Shanghai Port collection and distribution system, the target and suggestions for Shanghai Port collection and distribution system under policies of FTZ will be studied.
