摘要
目的对北京、内蒙两地大学生的情绪状态、生活事件及人格特质进行对比分析,为高校大学生的心理健康提供支持。方法采用流调中心抑郁自评量表(CES-D)、大五人格量表简化版(NEO-FFI)和中国生活事件量表(LES)对北京、内蒙两地2 270名大学生进行抽样问卷调查。结果北京、内蒙两地大学生抑郁检出率分别为24%和26%。神经质、外向性、责任心和随和性对两地被试大学生的CES-D总评分均有正向预测作用,开明性对北京大学生的抑郁、积极情绪均有预测作用。两地被试大学生在正性社会交往、负性家庭生活和负性工作学习事件、神经质和开明性上差异均有统计学意义。结论两地大学生对抑郁状态有预测作用的人格特质不同。内蒙大学生较神经质,开明性较差,遭遇更多的负性家庭和工作学习事件,正性社会交往较少。
Objectives To analyze the emotion status,life events and personality traits among investigated under-graduates in Beijing and Inner Mongolia,in order to give support for mental health of undergraduates.Methods 2 270 undergraduates in Inner Mongolia and in Beijing were surveyed.Questionnaires applied were Center for Epide-miological Studies Depression Scale (CES-D),Life Event Scale (LES)and NEO Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI).Results The occurrence of depressive status of undergraduates in Inner Mongolia was 24% and 26% in Bei-jing.Neuroticism,extraversion,conscientiousness and agreeableness could positively predict the total score of CES-D scale.Openness could predict positive and negative emotion in Beijing undergraduates.The differences between Undergraduates in Inner Mongolia and in Beijing were significant in scores of negative family events,negative study and work events and positive social interactions,neuroticism and openness.Conclusions Personality traits predic-ting emotion status of undergraduates in Beijing and Inner Mongolia were different.Undergraduates in Inner Mon-golia showed more neuroticism and less openness while experiencing more negative family,study and work events, and fewer positive social interactions.
