神经生长因子的分布情况与子宫内膜异位症疼痛的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析患有子宫腺肌病的患者异位和在位2种情况时内膜组织表达神经生长因子的水平的影响,分析子宫内异症患者与正常子宫内膜的患者之间的区别,以及这种区别与痛经的关系。方法收集本院从2014年1月—2014年12月期间收治的患有子宫肌病的患者22例为实验组。选取同期行绝育术者或子宫肌瘤但子宫内膜正常增殖的患者22例作为对照组。运用免疫组化法检测各个研究对象的神经生长因子表达水平。结果对照组患者子宫内膜的神经生长因子水平低于子宫内异症患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫腺肌病患者中神经生长因子的表达高于在子宫内异症患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);EMT中度疼痛组和轻度疼痛组的OD值和PGP 9.5的密度明显低于重度疼痛组(P<0.01)。结论子宫内膜中神经生长因子的含量可能可以作为检测患者是否患有子宫内异症的理论依据,也可以作为分析子宫内异症患者的治疗情况提供有利依据。 Objective To analyze the influence of the level of nerve growth factor in uterine adenomyosis patients and normal patients, to research the difference between them and to explore its relation with dysmenorrhea. Methods A total of 22 uterine adenomyosis patients from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the experimental group and 22 patients with normal intrauterine membrane were selected as control group. The content of their nerve growth factor of these patients were detected. Results Nerve growth factor levels in endometriosis patients were higher than those with normal endometrium(P〈 0.05). And the expression of nerve growth factor was higher than those with normal endometrium (P 〈 0.05). The OD value and PGP 9.5 density in EMT medium pain group and mild pain group were lower than that in the server pain group (P 0.01). Conclusion The occurrence of endometriosis may be associated with nerve growth factor, which is powerful evidence for the treatment of endometriosis.
