摘要
目的观察喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相情感障碍的疗效。方法选择2011年9月-2014年2月收治的72例双相情感障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组给予丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,观察组给予喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗。结果两组BRMS、HAMD评分治疗后与治疗前组内比较,均显著下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组BRMS、HAMD评分组间比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相情感障碍疗效确切。
Objective To observe the curative effect of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained release rablets therapy for bipolar disorder. Methods 72 patients with bipolar affective disorder patients from September2011 to February 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given magnesium valproate sustained release tablets treatment,The observation group was treated with quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets treatment. Results After treatment,the BRMS,HAMD score between two groups was significantly decreased respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）;After treatment,the BRMS,HAMD score of observation group was better than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）, Comparison of adverse reaction between two groups was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets treatment of bipolar disorder can prevent recurrence and the phase transition,the curative effect is remarkable.
