摘要
目的了解云浮市在校大、中学生对无偿献血知识的掌握情况,对无偿献血的认识、行为及影响献血行为的因素等,探索适合本市大、中学生无偿献血知识宣传模式及健康教育方法,发展无偿献血者队伍,缓解临床用血紧张的现状。方法自行设计调查问卷,随机抽取云浮市1所高校及5所高中学校18周岁以上在校学生进行问卷调查,共发放问卷600份,收回575份,有效率为95.8%。内容包括受调查者的一般资料、对无偿献血的认知态度意愿、影响参加无偿献血的心理因素、对献血知识的了解情况及对无偿献血的建议等,将获得的数据和信息进行统计分析。结果 575名被调查者中,参加过无偿献血的有67名(11.7%),高校学生参加无偿献血29名(29.9%),高校学生多于高中学生,差异有统计学意义(x2=38.16,P=0.000),有潜在意识献血的413名(71.8%)。结论通过调查分析,了解本市大、中学生对无偿献血的认知、态度及行为情况,有助于建立相应科学、有效的无偿献血知识宣传和心理护理模式,并采取相应措施推进我市无偿献血工作在大、中学校的开展,发展无偿献血者队伍,确保我市无偿献血事业可持续发展。
Objective To learn the college students and middle school students＇ knowledge of volunteer blood donation in Yunfu, recognition, practice and influential factors, so as to explore propaganda model of knowledge of volunteer blood donation that is suitable to college students and middle school students in Yunfu and develop teams of volunteer blood donation to alleviate the current situation of clinical blood tension. Methods 600 self-designed questionnaires were randomly given to the students above 18 years old from 1 university and 5 high schools, and 575 questionnaires were recovered. The effective rate was 95.8%. The questionnaires included general information of respondents, cognition, intention and attitude to volunteer blood donation, psychological factors that influencing volunteer blood donation, general understanding of blood donation knowledge and advises. The data and information were statistically analyzed. Results 67 students had participated in volunteer blood donation in 575 respondents （11.7%）. 29 college students had donated blood without payment（29.9%）. The number of college students was larger than that of high school students, and the difference was statistically significant （x2=38.16, P=0.000）. 413 students had subconscious to donate blood（71.8%）. Conclusion The understanding of recognition, attitude and practice of college students and middle school students to volunteer blood donation in Yuufu by survey and analysis can help establish corresponding scientific and effective knowledge publicity model and psychological nursing model of volunteer blood donation. Measures should be taken to promote volunteer blood donation in universities and middle schools to develop volunteer blood donation teams, so as to ensure sustainable development of volunteer blood donation in Yunfu.
