摘要
该研究以制备高强度和高气孔率的多孔碳化硅陶瓷材料为目标,利用低温烧结技术制备并研究了两种烧结助剂结合的多孔碳化硅的性能。通过对两种烧结助剂结合的多孔碳化硅在物相组成、微观结构、强度和气孔率方面的对比发现:使用苏州土和硅微粉作为烧结助剂虽然能够提高材料的室温强度,却影响了气孔率;采用只有Al2O3和Mg O的烧结助剂,在较少的添加量下就可以获得相近的室温强度并且气孔率较高、较均匀,更适用于工业过滤除尘领域。
In order to get the porous silicon carbide ceramic material with high strength and high porosity, low-temperature sintering technique was used. Two kinds of sintering additive are added to the porous silicon carbide ceramic. Through comparison of the sintered silicon carbide ceramics with two kinds of sintering additive in the phase composition, microstructure, strength and porosity, it can be seen that Suzhou soil and silica powder as the sintering additive can improve the strength of the materi- al at room temperature, but it reduces the porosity. A small amount of Al2O3 and MgO as the sintering additive can make the material get good strength, high and uniform porosity, so this kind of sintering ad- ditive is more applicable to the field of industrial filtration dust.
