摘要
以铝型材碱蚀渣为主要原料,加入适量的苏州土,采用固相高温烧结法合成莫来石。通过测定合成莫来石制品的真密度、吸水率、收缩率并进行X衍射实验分析,确定了适合的原料配比,研究了烧结温度和保温时间对合成莫来石性能的影响。实验结果表明,铝型材碱蚀渣/苏州土配比(wt%)0.47∶1,烧结温度为1400℃,保温时间为2h条件下,合成莫来石制品的真密度、吸水率和收缩率分别为2.57g/cm3,2.60%和18.10%。
Mullite was synthesized by Solid - state high temperature sintering method taking alkali corrosion slag of aluminum profile as main materials adding adequate Suzhou clay. The suitable ratio of raw materials was determinate by measuring the properties of mullite such as true density, water absorp- tion rate, shrinkage rate and XRD, the influences of sintering temperature and holding time on mullite properties were researched. The results showed that the true density, water absorption rate and shrinkage rate were respectively 2.57g/cm3, 2.60% and 18.10% under the conditions such as alkali corro- sion slag of aluminum profile / Suzhou clay of 0.47: 1, 1400℃ of sintering temperature and 2h of holding, time.
