负载磷钨酸Hβ沸石分子筛催化合成乙二醇硬脂酸酯的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对合成乙二醇硬脂酸酯的几种催化剂进行了对比研究,结果发现负载磷钨酸的Hβ沸石分子筛作为催化剂,硬脂酸的酯化率高、产品外观颜色好。考察了以Hβ沸石分子筛作为催化剂催化合成乙二醇硬脂酸酯过程中催化剂用量、物料比、反应时间、反应温度及催化剂重复使用对硬脂酸酯化率的影响,确定了负载磷钨酸的Hβ沸石分子筛作为催化剂催化合成乙二醇硬脂酸酯反应的最佳反应条件。 Several catalysts for synthesis of glycol stearate were studied. The results showed that on phos photungstic acid supported Hβ zeolite catalyst the rate of esterifieation of stearic acid is higher, and the color of the product is better. The effects of dosage of catalyst, material ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature and repeated use of catalyst on the rate of esterification of stearic acid with Hβ beta zeolite molecular sieve as catalyst were studied, and the optimum reaction conditions for catalytic synthesis of glycol stearate were obtained.
