摘要
高级脂肪酸在催化条件下与二乙醇胺酯化,然后再与马来酸酐反应,最后对产物进行磺化,合成一种新型磺酸盐型两性皮革加脂剂。通过转化率的测定优化了每步反应的反应条件。对产物进行了加脂剂的应用试验,并初步研究了其加脂性能。结果表明:此加脂剂具有良好的渗透、加脂、结合性能,且有一定的助染性能。
Higher fatty acid was reacted with diethanolamine through esterification.Then the resultant product was reacted with maleic anhydride followed by sulfonation.Finally a novel sulfosuccinate amphoteric fatliquoring agent was prepared.The application experiment was cried out and the fatliquoring effect was studied.The result showed the product has excellent properties in side of penetrability,fatliquoring,associativity and it also can help dyeing.
