接触辉光放电等离子体降解1-萘酚过程中的毒性变化研究

摘要 本文以大型蚤、斜生栅藻、发光细菌为受试生物,研究了接触辉光放电等离子体(CGDP)降解1-萘酚过程中的生物毒性变化.结果表明,1-萘酚对大型蚤、斜生栅藻、发光细菌的EC50分别为5.0、33.0、6.1 mg/L;CGDP降解10 mg/L1-萘酚75 min时降解率可达100%,且以Na Cl为电解质时比以Na2SO4为电解质时略快;降解液对3种受试生物的毒性均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,降解120 min后对受试生物不再有明显毒性作用. This paper investigated the degradation of 1-naphthol and toxicity change during contact glow discharge plasma (CGDP) with daphnia magna, scenedesmus obliquus and luminescent bacteria as test organisms. The result showed that ECho of daphnia magna, scenedesmus obliquus and luminescent bacteria were 5.0, 33.0, 6.1 mg/L, respectively. The degradation rate of 1-naphthol can reach 100% after 75 min when its initial concentration was 10 mg/L. The degradation of 1-napthol proceeded faster with NaC1 as electrolyte than Na2SO4. The toxicity test showed that the toxicity increased during the first 15 rain, and then decreased. And after 120 min, the degradation solution has no obvious toxic effect to test organism.
