摘要
采用标准试验方法,研究了苯芬、苯胺、对硝基苯酚、对硝基苯胺、间甲酚对黄河水包头段中藻类的急性毒性,得出这五种毒物对藻类的24~96hEC50值.结果表明,黄河水中藻类的抗毒性强于蒸馏水中;黄河水自身含有的一些微量毒物与加入的高浓度毒物协同作用对藻类的影响更为严重;五种毒物对黄河水中藻类的毒性大小为:间甲酚〉对硝基苯酚〉苯胺〉对硝基苯胺≥苯酚.
The acute toxicities of phenol, aniline, p-nitrophenol, 4-nitroaniline, and m-methy phenol to algae of the Yellow River in Baotou area were studied by means of the standard methods. The 24 - 96 h EC50 of these five toxicities were obtained. The results show that the toxin immunity of the algae in the Yellow River of Baotou area is stronger than that in the distilled water; the influence on algae is more serious when some micro poisons in the Yellow River cooperates with the added highly concentrated poisons ; the toxic order of these five kinds of poisons is : m-methy phenol 〉 p-Nitrophenol 〉 aniline 〉 r-Nitroaniline≥phenol.
