摘要
管制自动化系统是空管部门实施空中交通管制服务的平台,从我国八大区域管制自动化系统(ATC)的建设现状着手,介绍了几代自动化系统差异,分析了现有系统面临的挑战及压力;对下一代管制自动化系统的重点问题进行分析,阐述下一代管制自动化系统发展趋势,并对系统建设进行构想,同时描述需要研究及解决的关键技术,这对未来系统建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
The air traffic control system is working platform of air traffic service providers of air traffic control department. Firstly, the current status of eight area control centers in China is introduced, analyzed the differences in the several ages air traffic control systems, and descripted more problems in the future. On this basis, give a new concept of next ATC system, and new feature, such as networking, intelligentize, etc. The new architecture is explained with the focus on the center of data, Finally, the key function of next ATC endowment are analyzed, and the paper offers important reference values for the future systems.
