摘要
结合兽药检验机构实例,在检测用仪器设备总量993台套中抽取10大类482台套的调查统计基础上,分析兽药检测仪器设备配置、利用环节存在的问题及原因,提出了加强对仪器设备配置的统筹规划、建立健全仪器设备管理制度、完善资产配置审核原则及调剂机制、构建"仪器设备共享信息平台"的建议,以期为兽药检验部门加强仪器设备配置规划、开展使用效率评价、构建共享机制提供决策参考。
Through the case investigation and statistics, and based on the statistics of extracting 482 instruments from 993 instruments, this article analyzes the problem and the reasons of the veterinary drug Inspection instrument configuration and use. And then, puts forward suggestions for strengthening the inspection instrument configuration plan, establishing the management regulations, improving the configuration principles and sharing mechanisms, establishing ＂ the information platform of the inspection instruments＂, In order to promote strengthening the inspection instrument configuration planning, evaluating the utilization efficiency and building the sharing mechanism.
