摘要
针对农业科研单位仪器设备管理现状作了初步分析,指出仪器设备盲目和重复购置,缺乏有效的管理机制、技术、维护,以及设备使用率等问题。就如何提高仪器设备的管理水平和使用效益,从资源共享平台建设、改革管理机制和意识、管理人才队伍建设和专项资金支持等方面进行了探讨。
Current situation of instrument and equipment management of agricultural scientific research institute was analyzed in this paper. How to improve the instrument and equipment＇s use efficiency and management level was discussed from these aspects, i. e. , sharing platform construction, the reform of management mechanism and management consciousness, talent team construction management and support of special funds, and so on.
