摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(clinical nurse pathways,CNP)对变应性鼻炎患者皮下免疫治疗效果的影响。方法将90例行皮下免疫治疗的变应性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例,观察组患者采用临床路径护理模式,对照组实施常规护理。观察二组患者皮下免疫治疗效果、全身不良反应、治疗依从性、患者生活质量及满意度情况。结果不同时间段二组患者症状评分比较,均P<0.05,观察组患者症状评分明显低于对照组。比较二组患者治疗全身不良反应、治疗依从性、生活质量、满意度,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,观察组优于对照组。结论临床护理路径可以提高皮下免疫治疗效果和患者治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量和满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） on allergic rhinitis in patients with subcutaneous immunotherapy. Methods Ninety patients with allergic rhinitis treated with subcutane- ous immunotherapy, which were equally randomized into the observation group and the control group. The former group was managed with clinical nursing pathway and the latter received only routine nursing care. The effect of subcutaneous immunotherapy was compared between the two groups including systemic ad- verse reactions, treatment complianc, patientg quality of life and satisfaction. Results The scores by symp- tom assessment at time points of half a year, years 1, 2 and 3 were obviously difference, the scores on the symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at different time points（P〈0.05）. The observation group was better than the control group in terms of systemic adverse reactions, treatment compliance, quality of life and patient＇s satisfaction（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of subcutaneous immunotherapy and patient＇s compliance are improved by CNP, and the quality of life of pa- tients as well as patients＇ satisfaction are also improved.
