摘要
为了有效地完成超声波局部放电检测装置的性能检测,研究了超声波宽频带发射技术及其装置。采用MATLAB仿真技术分别对单频和复频超声换能器的声场轴向声压分布、声轴截面声场分布、声场指向性特性及复频焦区频谱图等声场特性进行了仿真研究,并据此设计了一款复频超声宽频带发射装置。结果表明,复频超声宽频带发射器产生的两列声波可发生声散射效应,从而达到超声场频谱变宽的目的。
In order to effectively complete the performance test of ultrasonic partial discharge detection devices, the technique and launcher of ultrasonic broadband emission were studied. The field axial pressure distribution, the acoustic axis section acoustic pressure distribution, acoustic field directivity characteristics, complex frequency spec- trum focal area and other acoustic field characteristics of single frequency and multi frequency ultrasonic transducer sound were analyzed by using MATLAB simulation, and accordingly a complex frequency ultrasonic broadband emis- sion device was designed. Results showed that two columns of the sound wave produced the complex frequency ul- trasonic transducer could occur acoustic scattering effect, and the objective of ultrasonic field spectrum width was a-chieved.
