摘要
目的:通过规范医用耗材分类及编码方法,为实现医用耗材信息化、标准化管理夯实基础。方法 :综合考虑医用耗材的价值、用途、使用风险、基本信息等因素对其进行四维分类,并以此为基础进行耗材编码。结果:建立了一种医用耗材综合分类方法,使管理者易于针对不同类别的医用耗材采用粒度不同的管理方法进行更有针对性的管理。结论:该分类方法既兼顾临床使用习惯,又贴近职能部门的管理需求,对实现医用耗材信息化、标准化管理具有重要的意义。
Objective To standardize the classification and coding of medical consumables to lay a foundation for their in- formatized and standardized management. Methods 4D classification of medical consumables was realized with the value, application, risk, essential information and etc taken into considerations, and then the coding of medical consumables was implemented. Results The classification method facilitated the administrator to manage medical consumables respectively. Conclusion The classification method can meet the requirements of the clinician and technician, and may contribute to the informatized management of medical consumables.
