摘要
某型隔离开关试验台中拨杆零件受循环交变应力作用,对设备可靠性影响较大,采用UGNX软件的有限元仿真技术对试验台中的拨杆零件进行了仿真分析,分析结果为拨杆强度及结构设计提供了有力依据,为其他机械产品的设计开发提供了借鉴思路。
The rod parts of a certain isolation switch test-bed have been subjected to the cyclic alternating stress, so there is greater impact on the equipment reliability. The simulated analysis on the deflector rod parts of the test-bed is conducted by using the finite element simulation technology of UGNX, and the results provide a basis fur the strength and structural design of the deflector rod. It also provides a reference for design development of the other mechanical products.
