U型钢结构动态轴组秤秤体的静力学与模态分析

摘要 针对目前市面上的箱型结构动态轴组秤秤体出现的局部强度差、刚度不足、焊接复杂等问题,设计了一种U型钢结构的动态轴组秤秤体。使用Inventor分别建立箱型结构和U型钢结构的有限元计算模型,通过ANSYS进行静力学分析与模态分析,得到两种结构秤体在不同工况下的应力应变分布云图以及秤体各阶固有频率和振型。得出结论:U型钢结构秤体的力学性能及固有振动频率要优于箱型结构,且可以实现动态秤轻量化的目标。 Aiming at the problems of local poor strength,insufficient stiffness and complex welding of the box type dynamic shaft scale body on the market,a U-type steel structure dynamic shaft scale body is designed.The finite element models of box structure and U-shaped steel structure are established with Inventor and the static and modal of the two structure is analyzed.The stress and strain distribution nephogram of the two kinds of scales under different working conditions,as well as the natural frequencies and vibration modes of each step of the scales are obtained.It is concluded that the mechanical properties and natural vibration frequency of the U-shaped steel structure scale body are better than the box structure,and the lightweight of dynamic scale can be realized.
