摘要
当前需求响应工作日益受到重视,但在理论层面仍然缺乏对需求响应资源的明确界定,需求响应资源的实际调查工作也并没有相应的理论指导。对需求响应资源调查进行系统性研究,提出了需求响应资源及其调查的相关定义,分析了该项工作的对象及调查意义;从多方面论证了需求响应资源调查的方法及流程,并设计了对应的调查表格和资源评估模型;通过典型案例,从技术、经济等层面验证了整个调查工作的准确性。
Currently attention has increasingly been paid to the demand response field, but its definition is not clearly stipulated as yet, and the corresponding theoretical guidance over investigation of the demand response resource is still lacking. This paper makes a systematic study on investigation of the demand response resource： define the demand response resources and investigation; analyze the investigation subjects and significance; discuss the method and process from many aspects; design the survey form and evaluation model. Finally, it verifies the accuracy of the technical and economic aspects through the typical case, which provides a reference for the future development of demand response resource investigation.
