异构柔性负荷建模调控关键技术及发展方向研究 被引量:28

摘要 随着大量不同的需求侧柔性负荷广泛接入并参与电网调控,柔性负荷异构特性逐渐凸显,异构性的处理成为其实际调控应用的关键问题。该文针对柔性负荷资源类型、参数、属性等多种差异化特点,提出异构柔性负荷(简称异构负荷)概念和异构方式;然后结合电网多场景调控要求,对异构负荷建模及调控技术进行需求分析,提出以泛化模型和协同调控为主的异构负荷调控技术架构和实施框架;并进一步对其关键技术进行深入探讨,明确异构体系下柔性负荷调控技术难点及研究关键;最后,基于能源互联网和综合能源发展需求,分析了多能异构负荷调控技术延伸及拓展应用方向。 With numerous diverse flexible loads from demand side widely connected and participated in power grid regulations, the heterogeneity of flexible loads gradually becomes prominent,and processing heterogeneity will be the key point of practical applications. In this paper, the concept of heterogeneous flexible load(heterogeneous load for short) and heterogeneous modes were proposed in view of different load types, parameters and attributes. Then, considering the requirements of multi-scene regulation in the grid, the required analysis of heterogeneous load modeling and control technology was carried out. The technology and implementation framework of heterogeneous load control technology based on generalization model and cooperative control were proposed. Furthermore, the key technologies, difficulties and researchable points were deeply discussed under the condition of heterogeneity. Finally, according to the development demands of energy internet and integral energy, we analyze the extension and development of multi-energy heterogeneous load regulation and control technology.
