摘要
用调温纤维混纺纱线为原料,使用横机编织纬平针等7种组织的针织物,测试了影响针织物舒适性的3项指标。使用模糊数学理论建立针织物的舒适性评价数学模型,分析了模糊集合、隶属度与评价矩阵、各项指标权重、模型建立、综合评价向量和结果归一化等。通过计算评价向量,综合所得模糊信息,对调温纤维针织物的舒适性进行了综合评判。
Seven kinds of knitted fabrics were woven by flat knitting machine using thermoregulation fiber as raw materials. Three indexes affecting the knitted fabric comfortability were tested. Using fuzzy mathematics theory, a mathematical model about knitted fabric comfortability evaluation was set up. The fuzzy set, membership and evaluation matrix, index weight, model established, comprehensive evaluation vector and result normalized were discussed. The comprehensive evaluation of thermoregulation fabric comfortability was proceeded by calculating evaluation vector and analysis of the fuzzy information.
