摘要
重选技术是与磁选、浮选并称的三大选矿技术之一。文章进行了对重选技术的文献分析,从数量上描绘了重选在近两个5年的发展概貌,表明重选联合工艺是目前关注的重点,在理论研究上极为薄弱;通过对与磁选、浮选的文献分析,说明重选发展所占比例较低,但研究一直在稳定进行。文章较详细地阐述了重选在设备、工艺、理论等3个方面的发展现状,并着重分析了重选工艺的特点和理论关键,即热力学第二定律理论以及影响重选的内外因,并讨论了重选无法有效回收极微细粒矿物的根本原因。最后结合分析当前形势下重选困境,对重选的出路和发展方向提出了自己的思考。
Gravity separation technology is one of the three mineral processing technology.Through analyzing the gravity separation-related literature, the development of gravity separation in the recent five years is outlined quantitatively. That gravity separation combined technology is the focus of attention at present. In theoretical research is weak; through the analysis of the literature on and magnetic separation, flotation, RE development of the proportion of low, but research has been under study stability.This paper describes in detail the current gravity separation equipment, process and theory and emphatically analyzes its characteristics and key theory, namely, the second law of thermodynamics, the influencing factors of gravity separation and the weak points of gravity separation. This paper emphatically analyzes the ways out and development trends of gravity separation.
