摘要
在硫酸钾或钾镁肥生产过程中,软钾镁矾是其中很关键的中间原料。利用新疆某硫酸盐型盐湖卤水,通过室内多温动态蒸发试验,以卤水夏季矿—钾、硫混盐矿为原料,加水分解转化得到粗软钾镁矾混矿,最后,用反浮选脱钠技术精制该混盐矿,得到含NaCl为1.78%的高品位软钾镁矾矿混精矿,整个转化和浮选两阶段钾的总收率达64.75%。
During preparing potassium sulfate or langbeinite, schoenite is the important middle resourses. Potassiumsulfate minxed salts especially summer salts were produced from the process of multiple temperature dynamic evaporation of sulfate - type saline in Xinjiang and carried out by using the process of conversion by adding water. Schoenite mixed salts were derived from this process and purified by using the reverse flotation technology. The test has gained the schoenite mixed salts concentrate with high grade( NaCl 1.78% ), and the potassium recovery in the conversion and flotation was 64.75%.
