某高校女大学生缺铁性贫血与肥胖情况的关系探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过了解东北石油大学女大学生缺铁性贫血与肥胖症患病情况,为制定高校女大学生缺铁性贫血和肥胖防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,选取东北石油大学女大学生3 369人进行体格检查、实验室检查及健康问卷调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果女大学生缺铁性贫血患病率为18.52%。体质量正常女大学生缺铁性贫血患病率为17.82%,肥胖及超质量女大学生缺铁性贫血患病率为24.51%,肥胖及超质量女大学缺铁性贫血患病率高于体质量正常女大学生,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.419,P=0.002)。月经、偏食、零食、肉食、血制品、水果对肥胖及超质量女大学生患缺铁性贫血有影响。月经、血制品、肉食、豆制品、水果对体质量正常女大学生患缺铁性贫血有影响。结论高校应加强对女大学生的健康宣教,倡导正确的饮食习惯,以降低缺铁性贫血及肥胖症的患病率。 Objective To provide scientific basis for strategies on preventing and treating iron-deficiency anemia and obesity of female college students through understanding the prevalence of iron-deficiency anemia and obe- sity of the female college students of Northeast Petroleum University. Method To select 3 369 female college students at Northeast Petroleum University through random sampling and conduct physical examination, labo- ratory examination, and health questionnaire survey, and make a statistical analysis of the results. Results The prevalence rate of iron-deficiency anemia for female college students was 18.52%. The same rate for the female students with normal bodily weight was 17.82%, while the same rate for the obese or overweight fe- male students was 24.51% which was higher than the former, and the differences were statistically significant (x^2=9.419,P=0.002). Menstruation, dietary bias, snacks, meat, blood products, and fruits contribute to the proneness to iron-deficiency anemia of female college students who are obese or overweight, while factors such as menstruation, blood products, meat, bean products, and fruits had inductive influence on female students with normal bodily weight. Conclusion Institutions of higher learning shall reinforce their health edu- cation and dissemination to female students and promote healthy dietary habit to reduce the prevalence rates of iron-deficiency anemia and obesity among them.
