摘要
目的对老年缺铁性贫血患者的血液进行检查和分析。方法搜集2014年8月~2015年9月进行治疗的80例缺铁性贫血患者的临床资料,将其作为实验组,另外搜集40例健康者作为对照组,对两组患者血液指标进行检查分析。结果相对于对照组的40例健康者,实验组患者在血小板和血红蛋白检测的结果中显示血液中的RBC、Hb降低,但是在PLT、MPV含量值上面不同程度的贫血发生的变化也不一样;在血清铁参数的结果中显示SF、SI也下降,但是s Ti R却明显的升高。实验组和对照组数据差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血液的检查虽然是一种检查缺铁性贫血的有效方式,但是缺铁程度的不同也会对各项血液的指标产生差异,影响血小板的生成机制,从而对诊断产生一定的影响。
Objective Conduct a blood test and analysis on elderly patients with iron-deficiency anemia. Methods Take clinical treatment data selected from 80 elderly patients with iron-deficiency anemia who are treated in hospital from August 2014 to September 2015 as study subject in study group; while take data selected from another 40 healthy persons as study subject in control group; and then test and analyze patients＇ blood index between these two groups. Results Compared to 40 healthy persons in control group, patients＇ RBC and Hb in blood are decreased significantly presented by results of platelet and hemoglobin testing in study group but values of PLT and MPV varies from patients＇ anemia degree; besides, patients＇ SF and SI are reduced greatly in serum iron parameters, however, s Ti R are increased obviously. There is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion Although blood test is an effective way to diagnose iron-deficiency anemia, blood testing index varies from patients＇ anemia degree, thus, platelet formation mechanism is liable to be affected, which in turn affects diagnosis accuracy.
