摘要
基于文献查阅与分析,对农地流转滞后的影响、原因、对策农地流转模式进行了综述。通过比较与总结前期研究成果发现,我国农地流转滞后对农业发展影响具有阶段性差异;农地流转滞后是由农地流转市场中供给不足、需求不足和供求交易障碍状况导致的,分析这三种状况产生的原因是解决农地流转滞后的关键;农地流转供求状况因劳动力分化、农地异质和区域分异性存在差异;现有农地流转模式实用性存在区域差异。最后基于农业现代化发展目标,提出我国农地流转应推行渐进式分类发展策略,并提出政策建议。
Based on literature review and analysis, the influence of farmland circulation lag, the cause, and the countermeasure of farmland circulation patterns were summarized. By comparing and summarizing previous researches we found that the farmland circulation lag effect on agricultural development of our country has a periodic differences; Lag in farmland circulation is insufficient in the farmland changing market by supplying and demanding and the trade barriers of supply and demand situation, and analyzing the causes of these three conditions is the key to solve farmland circulation lag; Farmland changes supply and demand for labor differentiation, there are differences in heterogeneity of lands; Regional differences exist in farmland circulation model practicability. Based on the goal of agricultural modernization, the paper suggest that our country should implement the development strategy of incremental classification of farmland circulation, and then put forward relevant policy Suggestions.
