摘要
如今超滤膜系统正广泛地运用于水厂新建和改造中。该文介绍了超滤膜材料、化学性质、使用类型等,分析了PVDF膜广泛运用的原因,并以工程实例对压力式和浸没式超滤膜比较了经济性。结果表明PVDF膜具有耐污染、易清洗、化学稳定性好等特点;压力式超滤膜系统工程投资较浸没式省,维护方便,运行成本低。
Ultrafiltration membrane system is wildly used in newly-built and reforming water plants nowadays. The materials of uhrafiltration membrane, chemical properties and types were introduced in this paper. The reasons of extensive use of PVDF were analyzed. The economy of pressurized uhrafihration membrane and immersed ultrafiltration membrane was compared. The results indicate that PVDF has advantages of resistance to pollution, easy-to-clean and good chemical stability. Pressurized ultrafiltration membrane has advantages of saving project investment, easy-maintenance, low operating cost compared with immersed ultrafiltration membrane.
