摘要
针对钛合金切削液配方设计中,常会遇到多方案比选问题,而方案选择不仅涉及到的因素众多,而且大量灰色信息难以定量分析;引入灰色层次分析法建立钛合金切削液配方决策模型。以环境友好钛合金切削液配方为例,研究了所建模型在配方优选中的有效性。结果表明:该决策模型应用于配方优选中是切实可行的,所得的结果与模糊层次分析法得到的结果基本一致;这为该领域的评估提供了一种较为科学合理的决策依据,促进了国内钛合金切削液配方技术发展,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the titanium alloy cutting fluid formulation design often faces comparison and selection among multiple plans. Not only there are so many factors influencing the scheme selection, but it is difficult to quantitative analysis of a large amount of grey information. Grey analytic hierarchy process is introduced to construct titanium alloy cutting fluid formulation decision-making model. Taking the environment-friendly titanium alloy cutting fluid formulation as an example, the effectiveness of constructed model in formulation optimization is studied. The results show that, the decision-making model is practicable to using in formulation optimization, and the obtained result of grey analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is basically consistent. A scientific and rational decision-making is provided to the assessment of titanium alloy cutting field;promote the development of the formulation technology of domestic titanium alloy cutting fluid, so it has high applied value.
