摘要
经济全球化是未来的必然结果,它对世界金融、贸易格局产生了重要影响。在此背景下,为了营造国际化、法制化营商环境,进一步深化改革,我国提出了自贸区战略。本文梳理了我国自贸区的发展历程,论述了南沙自贸区的定位,通过对投资管理领域、贸易监督领域、金融创新领域和政府职能转变领域的创新举措进行回顾,提出了南沙自贸区下一阶段的发展方向。
Economic globalization, which has an important influence on the world economy and trade pattern, is the inevitable outcome of the future. In this context, China has proposed the strategy of Free Trade Zone （FTZ） to create an international and legal business environment and further deepen reforms. This paper demonstrates the development process of FTZs in China, and discusses the positioning of Nansha FTZ. Directions for Nansha FTZ＇s development in the next phase are brought forward by reviewing the innovative initiatives of fields in investment management, trade supervision, financial innovation, and transformation of government functions.
