摘要
根据化工园区的实际情况,建立了一个较为完善的安全评价指标体系,采用改进的层次分析法确定了指标体系的权重,并将模糊数学理论运用到安全综合评价中计算出化工园区的安全等级。最后运用该理论与方法,对A化工园区进行安全评价得到该园区的安全等级,找出化工园区事故预防和风险控制方面存在的不足,并提出相应的提高园区风险管理水平的对策、措施及建议。
Based on the actual situation of the chemical industrial park, this paper establishes a more comprehensive safety evaluation index system, ascertains the index weights by an improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), puts the fuzzy theory to the safety comprehensive evaluation, and obtains the safety level of a chemical industry park. Then by using the theory and methods of this article, we evaluate the safety level of one chemical industry park named A, obtain the safety level of the park, identify the deficiencies which exist in terms of accident prevention and risk control in this chemical industry park, and put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions.
