摘要
健康传播在中国呈现全媒体、跨越式的发展态势。然而,超负荷运转所产生的压力也导致了诸多问题:有些媒体走入片面追求高收视率、高发行量的误区;医学知识的科学性、专业性与大众传播的群众性、通俗性之间的矛盾,导致传播过程出现不同程度的隔靴搔痒的盲目性、危言耸听的欺骗性与以讹传讹的危害性;唯利是图的商业操作挖空心思把健康传播作为牟利工具。解决问题的关键就在于认真落实科学发展观,深刻认识健康传播的社会责任和科学属性;医疗卫生部门和大众传播媒体应通过协同创新的方式,积极参与对健康传播的管理、指导;合作培养兼具医学知识和传播才能的复合型人才以有效提高健康传播的质量,造福整个社会。
In the omnimedia, overloaded and leaping development of China's health communication, there are certain problems which can not be ignored as follows: the lack of understanding of health communication leads to confusion and backward of management; the shortage of medical know-how causes blindness; mercenary businessmen changes health communication to dishonest commercial behavior; a few media damages the public interest by propagating so called medical masters. To solve these problems, the fundamental way is to guide health communication by scientific development view and to train more inter-disciplinary talents of medicine and communication. Furthermore, health administrative departments and mass media management departments should strengthen their cooperation to select medical professionals as communicators and improve the quality and efficiency of health communication together.
