摘要
独立学院及其图书馆诞生于信息技术迅猛发展的时代,在分析独立学院图书馆特点的基础上,论述了图书馆文献资源建设和服务创新的方式、方法和手段。
Independent college and its library are born in the age where the information technology developed quite fast. Based on the analysis of the features of independent college library, this paper expounds the mode, method in the construction and service innovation of the library literature resources.
